Go Give Area Video Conference Call Challenge

Mechanics:

1. Open to Team Leaders, Future Ind. Sales Director, DIQ and Directors above.

2. Challenge requirement

a. ‘Perfect 10’ challenge (10 SCC or 30 faces + 10 interviews + 1000 personal sales points order)

b. Add one active team members

3. New team member must be active in the month she joins

4. Period: Jan 1^st – February 26, 2010

5. Conference call scheduled: March 2010 (date to be advised)

6. Selected National Sales Director speaker to be advised within his month.

Beauty Consultants are encourage to take this challenge and attend this enriching power hour session. The real growth income and career ladder will come when the mind expands and understands the habits and behavior from successful leaders such as a National.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR NEW BEAUTY CONSULTANT

You are invited to be part of this first time ever Go Give Area event for new Beauty Consultants, NEW BC DAY. It’s the best venue to be at for new and up-coming Beauty Consultants who wants to see the big picture, meet up with new network of Mary Kay sisterhood and learn from the leaders.

It will be a half-day of get to know each other, meet your leaders, fun team building activities and plenty of recognition.

NEW BC DAY on Saturday February 27, at Mary Kay Malaysia Corporate Office from 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 pm!

On that special day, we will share how new Beauty Consultants can get a great start in Mary Kay and we believe that anyone who attends will benefit greatly from the sharing. You will surely agree that nothing beats listening first-hand to the experts, so do encourage all your unit members to come! Come and learn how you can maximize the benefits of the new programs. Also, learn how to boost your business and increase your earnings!

1. Open to new BC only who joined since November 2009 – January 2010

2. To be eligible to attend, new BC must have placed at least cumulative 350 points before ending period.
